CLEAR BRACES

TRADITIONAL BRACES
Ceramic braces are just like normal metal braces except that the brackets are made of ceramics instead of metal. This makes them slightly less obvious and makes the wire the only metal in the mouth. But the wire is so small that unless you’re really close, even the wire is not that noticeable. Compare traditional braces to clear aligners.

Aside from aesthetic reasons, one would need braces to correct malocclusions or what is commonly known as a bad bite.
